From initial enquiry to delivery, the typical timeline is 4-6 weeks. This includes 1-2 weeks for design approval and 4-6 weeks for production. Express options can reduce this to 3-4 weeks total.
We don't hold a minimum order quantity. We can produce 1 item or bulk quantities. Reach out to us if you want to order bulk orders for your club or association.
Once production begins, we cannot make design changes. This is why we offer unlimited revisions during the design phase. Take your time to get it perfect before giving final approval.
We require a 50% deposit to begin production, with the balance due before shipping. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and can arrange payment plans for large orders.
