How long does the whole process take?
From initial enquiry to delivery, the typical timeline is 4-6 weeks. This includes 1 week for design approval and 4-6 weeks for production. Express options can reduce this to 3-4 weeks total.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We don't hold a minimum order quantity. We can produce 1 item or bulk quantities. Reach out to us if you want to order bulk orders for your club or association.
What payment options do you offer?
We require a 50% deposit to begin production, with the balance due before shipping. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and can arrange payment plans for large orders.
Can I make changes after approving the design?
Once production begins, we cannot make design changes. This is why we offer unlimited revisions during the design phase. Take your time to get it perfect before giving final approval.
